DECEMBER was a very busy month for us. We were busily working on Dec.4 at the Greening making grave covers and door sprays to fill all of our orders. We made 18 grave covers and 22 door sprays this year. It is always a fun fellowship for us while we work and earn mission project credits.

The following week on Sunday, Dec. 11 found our group setting up, serving, and cleaning up for the Deacon’s Christmas Dinner. We enjoy this day because not only do we help the Deacon’s, we earn more mission project credits and have fun hanging out and eating some delicious food.

Sunday, December 18 we held our annual Christmas party in the canteen with lots of snacks and cookies. We placed our gifts around our “Charlie Brown” tree and had as always a very interesting and fun gift exchange.

We hope that all of our church family had a wonderful holiday.

JANUARY starts the beginning of our Souper Sundays.

Our first Souper Sunday is scheduled for January 15 in fellowship hall after church. We will be selling cups and containers of the best soup in town! Cups are $1.00each and containers are $3.00 each or 2/$5.00.
